Rob and Bob
OK, I know this is a little bit of old news but I wanted to get the pre-Christmas stuff up first. Anyway, the local bike shop (BikeBeat) down the street from me had a customer appreciation night recently to which I was invited. It was a nice event held at the shop with open bar and light snacks. However, the highlight of the event was a talk given by none other then Bob Roll. Yes, the Bob Roll of OLN Tour "Day" France fame. The former 7-Eleven professional cyclist who rode with Andy Hampsten when he won the Giro in 88. Thats right, Bob Roll. Well, he got up and talked for about an hour, telling us some incredibly funny stories about his life as a pro cyclist. I especially liked the story about him getting dysentery during the 86 Tour on the night when the entire peloton was sleeping on cots in a school gymnasium. Of course, his cot was the furthest away from the bathroom. What a great night. And to top it off I was able to meet Bob and get this photo. So there you have it. Just wanted to share that moment with everyone. Hope you enjoyed.

Time Flies!
Wow!! Thanksgiving has past and Christmas is just around the corner. Can you believe I took my camera with us when we traveled to my sister's house for Thanksgiving and left it in the car the whole trip. Therefore, I don't have any Thanksgiving photos. However, we did have a wonderful time in New Jersey. It was great to see my family. My brother and sister in-law prepared a delicious meal. Kathie had fun playing with her cousins. It was a great trip. Just no photos. Sorry. Instead, I'll just post up some of our most recent photos. Like this one of Tiffany and our neighbor Jennifer drag racing down the driveway. I think Tiffany won. Enjoy the photos. And have an incredible holiday season.

Update Time
Wow, I guess its time for an update. I suppose I'll put up some pictures of Kathie while she was trick or treating. She was dressed up as a ballerina/princess and scored some major candy from the neighborhood. Of course, Daddy gets a 25% cut off the top. It was a lot of fun, even though we had to cut it short because both Kathie and Mommy were feeling sick. Hope you like the photos.

Long Over Due Update
Buddy says it's time for me to update my blog. Ok, here we go. So your probably wondering who Buddy is? Well I'm sure you already know but he's the latest addition to the Jeffers' family. He's a three month old pure-bred Beagle puppy. He was six weeks old when we go him. Such a cute puppy. After our trip to Minnesota (see photo's below) we decided to get Kathie a puppy due to the fact that she fell in love with her Papa's dogs. So there you go, we now have Buddy (Kathie named him)
.
Anyway, on a more serious note. Tiffany was recently diagnosed with gestational trophoblastic neoplasia.
If you don't know what that is, we didn't, just click on the link. I won't go into all the details here but this was a result of Tiffany's partial molar pregnancy and because of this Tiffany is now undergoing chemotherapy. This past Monday was Tiff's third injection and from her blood work results the chemo is working. If all goes well, she may only have to get one or two more injections. So that is great news. Thanks to everyone who has been praying for us. God is answering our prayers!! Also, thanks for all the love and support. Tiffany, Kathie, and I could not be where we are without our friends and family.
Finally, this past Saturday Tiff and I celebrated our six year wedding anniversary. We had a great time. Thanks to Joe and Cindy for looking after Kathie for us. We got to go out and see a movie (Click). After the movie we had a wonderful dinner at the Vietnam Garden. It was a great night. So that's about it for now. Enjoy the pictures of Minnesota and Buddy.
